Leading a dedicated team, she has been instrumental in aiding over 2,000 students in securing dream jobs, academic placements, and an astounding $152 million in school funding and job offers.


Shamima’s trajectory from intern to IBS CEO serves as a testament to the efficacy of self-advocacy and continuous education. As a graduate admissions adviser, former Deloitte Canada consultant, and a three-time certified career consultant, her wealth of expertise enriches every client engagement.


Currently in the final year of an Honours Criminology Program at Toronto Metropolitan University, Shamima concurrently holds a diploma in Regulatory Compliance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Carey Law School in America. Her passion for Law, Consulting, and Entrepreneurship is evident in her diverse academic pursuits.
